How do I purchase tickets to shows at River Road Ice House?

Advanced tickets can be purchased on-line at www.riverroadicehouse.com or in person at River Road Ice House during normal business hours.

What type of payment does River Road Ice House accept?

For tickets purchased on-line we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For tickets purchased in person at the venue, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash. Inside the venue for drinks, food, and merchandise, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final.

How old do you have to be to attend shows at River Road Ice House?

Our shows are all ages unless the band requests an age limit. For all ages shows every person entering the venue, no matter what age, must purchase a ticket. A $5 upcharge for minors will be charged at the door and all minors under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years or older.

Can we bring our pets to River Road Ice House?

No pets are allowed on-site after 6PM and for ticketed events. Dogs are allowed at River Road Ice house for all non-ticketed day-time events but must be kept on a leash at all times.

Do I need an ID to enter the venue?

If you purchased your tickets online you must present a valid photo ID at the door. If you plan on drinking alcohol while inside the venue, you must present a valid photo ID, and be over 21 years of age. We take checking IDs very seriously.

Does River Road Ice House have seats? Is there wheelchair accessibility?

Depending on the show, we will have seats available to purchase. We do provide seating on the rooftop and in the beer garden and it’s available on a first come, first served basis.

Can we bring chairs into the venue with us?

We do not allow any outside chairs or blankets to be brought into the venue.

What time does the band go on? Is there an Opening Act?

The time listed on your ticket is the door time, not the show time. Set times vary and typically are not announced until the day of the show. Please keep in mind that set times, as well as opening acts, are subject to change.

What time should I get there to get a good place to see the show?

Because of the amphitheater type feel we’ve built at the new River Road Ice House, everyone should have a clear view of the stage. If you prefer to be right up front we suggest you be in line prior to doors opening. Keep in mind that no matter how early you line up, there may already be people ahead of you in line.

Does River Road Ice House offer drinks or is it BYOB?

We have full bars scattered throughout the venue offering a full selection of beer along with liquor and other non alcoholic beverages. We do not allow any outside food or drinks inside the venue.

Does River Road Ice House offer food?

Yes, we have food available for purchase on-site for each show.

Do you have a dress code?

You must be wearing a shirt, bottoms, and shoes.

What are your policies regarding photo/video/audio?

We do not allow cameras and/or recording devices however you are able to bring and use your cell phone camera. Members of the press must have passes pre arranged in order to shoot during the show.

Where can I park?

We have convenient on-site parking and it ranges from $5-$15 depending on which lot you choose to park in. Our $15 lot fills up quickly because it’s closest to the concert gates so make plans to arrive early if you would like to secure a spot in this lot.

Am I able to upgrade my tickets?

Yes, you are able to upgrade tickets as long as the ticket you want to upgrade to is still available.

What happens if it rains?

River Road Ice House is a rain or shine venue.

Will the ticket price go up day of show?

Yes, tickets usually do increase the day of show so we recommend purchasing in advance.
