Road Ice House Cabin Rental Rules & Disclaimer |
| 0. I understand
no firearms are to be brought onto RRIH property, and if I do so, I may be asked to leave with no refund. |
| 1. Each cabin
key issued to me requires a 10.00 deposit, which will be returned to me when I return the keys. |
| 2. I understand
that Cabin conditons will be assessed after my departure, and that I am responsible for any damage or theft by my group or whomever I allow in the cabin. Repair and or Theft costs will be billed to my credit card. |
| 3. I understand
that RRIH does not permit underage drinking of alcoholic beverages, and allowing minors to drink on RRIH property is grounds for revoking my cabin priveleges, eviction from the property, and loss of cabin rental fees. |
| 4. I understand
that River Road Ice House is not responsible for any accidents involving
any other persons in my group while we are on RRIH property. RRIH is not going to pay any doctor, hospital or medical bills for my group. |
| 5. Rental of RRIH cabins does not gain me free entrance to any RRIH event or concert. |
| 6. BBQ Pit cooking on the front porches is not allowed. |
| 7. I understand
that cabins 1 - 4 DO NOT have a restroom, shower or toilet
in the cabin, and that the bathhouse with restrooms & shower are are located a short distance away, (1 - 2 minute walk) |
| 8. I understand
that the cabins have nothing more in them, other than sleeping accomodations, an air conditioner, and a small refrigerator, and I must provide my own bedding and linens. |
| 9.
I understand that NO PETS are allowed in the cabins, & a violation is grounds for eviction without reimbursement. |
| 10. I understand
that upon my arrival, if I am unhappy with the facilities, I will not receive a refund because I have signed this form stating that I was aware of the facilities to which I requested a rental agreement. |
| 11.
CABIN CAPACITY IS NOT TO BE EXCEEDED Violation of this policy is grounds for revoking my cabin priveleges, eviction from the property, and loss of cabin rental fees. |
| 12.
The renting of cabins is a totally independent transaction of all events happening at the river road icehouse, the river conditions, or any act of God. |
| 13.
Excessive noise and or cursing will not be tolerated & is grounds for eviction without reimbursement. |
| 14. When checking out on my final day, I MUST turn off all lights and AC, or I will be charged $ 50.00. |
| 15. I am responsible for ANY graffiti to the cabins, and be charged accordingly. |
| 16.
I understand that if I cancel my reservation, I may have to forfeit the
entire amount. Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the owner. |
