NO ADDITIONAL PERSONS ALLOWED TO STAY IN THE CABINS
RENTAL CAPACITY MUST NOT BE EXCEEDED.
VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY IS GROUNDS FOR EVICTION.

All cabins have beds, (no linens), an AC, a mini fridge,
some have sofa sleepers, or futons. Cabins 1 - 5 DO NOT
have a shower or toilet in them. There is a bathhouse with showers
and toilets about a 1 minute walk away.
Cabins 6 & 7 have full bathrooms. None of the cabins have kitchens.
We are not right on the river, but about 1/4 mile away.
Weekends - 2 night minimum / Holidays - 3 Night Minumum
8% State Sales Tax Will Be Added To All Cabin Rental Fees

Cabin Information
All cabins have a unique decor, nice furniture, comfortable beds,
air conditioning, a small refrigerator, and a front porch.
The Cabins are nestled on a mountainside behind the Ice House,
about 50 yards away from the Ice House,
shaded by mesquite, oak, and cedar trees.
Cabins 1 - 5 have a central shower and bath
Cabin 5 does NOT have a toilet and shower or bath inside
There is a central bath house, BBQ pit & picnic table.
Restrooms are a short walk away
Bedding & linens are no longer provided.
You must bring your own linens, pillows, towels, etc.
